Designed by architect Zoltan Pali, the Orum House in Bel Air appears to be levitating, but it’s all just a clever optical illusion. Perched above the Los Angeles skyline, this steel and glass 18,850-square-foot mega mansion accomplishes this effect is accomplished with a transparent ground floor, along with a cantilevered design. The home has three wings, with each pointing at a different direction so you always have the best unobstructed views.
With the living areas spread out across three floors, there’s plenty of room for yourself and dozens others. Featuring 9 bedrooms, 10 full baths, a 1,000-bottle wine room, a DOLBY Atmos home theater, a state of the art gym, an outdoor kitchen, multiple terraces with fire pits, and even an LED-lit pool overlooking the ocean.
Want to give your guests even more privacy? Well, just have them stay in The Cube, which is essentially a four en-suite bedroom guesthouse that comes with its own kitchen and garage, which doubles as event space if necessary.
Unfortunately (or fortunately), the $56-million price tag does not include any supercars or private aircraft, but we’re assuming that if money is no object, you already have your own stable of vehicles to showcase.
