At first glance, this looks like a normal 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck that has been lowered, but upon closer inspection, you’ll realize it’s powered by a Tesla Model 3 Performance-sourced powertrain and battery pack.
The four battery pack modules have been split up, as two of them are located in the truck bed, while the other two ride can be found in the frame rails. Other modifications include a Ridetech coilover suspension, front Cadillac-sourced Brembo brakes, rear Tesla-sourced brakes, an Orion BMS2 battery management system, and an EV Controls drive unit controller. This vehicle recently sold on Cars & Bids for $9,500 USD.
