Samsung Electronics announced today that various 2022 4K and 8K TVs and gaming monitors will support the new HDR10+ GAMING standard. Unlike standard HDR, this new standard offers an immersive, ultra-responsive gaming experience in both 4K and 8K resolutions.

Featuring a 3840×2160 resolution, 400 nits peak brightness, a 130,000:1 contrast ratio, 120Hz variable refresh rate, 0.5ms response time (gray-to-gray), and low input latency for blazing fast images that enables gamers to react with ultra precision.
