Pastry chef Amaury Guichon unveils his latest creation…a life-sized chocolate F1 car. This work of art wasn’t crafted from a single piece of chocolate, but rather it took several custom molds before it went into the paint shop for an edible, yet eye catching, finish.
Just how much work went into this F1 car? How about 7-days and 130 pounds of dark chocolate. All of the small details that you see, such as the halo protection device, tires, exhaust system, nose cone, and front wing, are separate pieces that were then attached onto the chassis. The end result is definitely worthy of being showcased at an F1 event this year, or even a race for that matter.
