A 2010 Nissan GT-R sits in the Netherlands looking nothing like the track-focused machine most people know. Classic Youngtimers Consultancy raised the whole car by 120 millimeters, bolted on wide riveted fender flares, wrapped the factory 20-inch wheels in chunky all-terrain rubber, and strapped a full-size spare tire to a roof rack that also carries a long LED light bar. Oversized auxiliary lamps sit up front while the original rear wing stays right where Nissan left it. The result is a white two-door coupe that looks ready to leave pavement behind without losing the presence that made the GT-R famous.

Power is still provided by the same 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 that left the factory with 485 horsepower, but the shop has increased it to an estimated 600 horsepower. They wisely chose to stick with the six-speed dual-clutch transmission and ATTESA all-wheel-drive system, so the car retains its signature GT-R character while also having the clearance and traction to tackle all sorts of rough terrain, such as gravel, dirt, and broken surfaces that would be a total showstopper for a stock GT-R. It has traveled just under 55,000 kilometers, which is relatively low for a 16-year-old automobile.

The modification took place a while ago, as evidenced by the early photographs, which show a cool-looking camouflage wrap that has since been removed to reveal a spotless white paint job underneath. In 2022, a Dutch appraisal evaluated the car at €120,000 and observed that the bodywork was done to a very high degree. As you’d expect from a 16-year-old car, there are a few tiny scuffs and scrapes around the front tow hook and one fender flare, and the bumper is ever so slightly out of whack, but the general condition is as solid as rock. The car was registered in the Netherlands in early 2022, and it has a Dutch license plate of P-225-BK and an inspection sticker valid until May 2026.

Porsche sent shockwaves through the industry when it introduced the 911 Dakar, and for good reason: who knew high-performance sports vehicles could be crossover-friendly? This GT-R takes a similar approach from the opposite end of the spectrum; rather than a factory limited edition, a Dutch specialist took a high-output all-wheel-drive coupe and gave it a thorough inspection to see what could be done to allow it to cover all types of rugged terrain at high speeds. However, most of its original DNA remains intact, with the stock rear wing and dual-clutch gearbox still in place. With a staggering 250 millimeters of ground clearance, which is enough to scrape a conventional GT-R’s underbody, this one will just glide over it. This vehicle has been sitting with a few different sellers for years, asking prices ranging from €95,000 to €99,500, but demand has been low until the recent Troostwijk Auctions listing drew a new wave of attention to the party. Bidding began at a price significantly lower than what people were asking previously, making the one-off a more affordable experiment for anyone looking for a 600 horsepower sports car that can easily leave the highway and head into the dirt. Export is very much a go, and the car starts and drives great, however the auction notes state that it is being sold as a used vehicle with no guarantee and so on.
