Guitar Made from DVDs
What better way to make use of all your old DVDs than by turning them into a functional guitar? That’s exactly what Nick Zammeti did, and the final result is quite psychedelic to say the least. The process involved countless hours of piecing together all of the shards.

Before Nick even got to breaking apart the DVDs, he first cast a resin mold of the guitar body, but that wasn’t the most time consuming, as it only took a few pours to get right. Next, the DVD shards were hand placed on that body, first using superglue, which didn’t quite work out, and then double-sided tape. Once that was completed, he covered everything in resin to make sure the disc pieces would stay put before trimming everything and then sanding the surface to give it more of a glimmer.
