This 11-seat watercraft is designed for commercial, military and rescue operations, measuring in at just over 29.6-feet long. The production model will weigh approximately 22,000-pounds, complete with folding wings.
It’s powered by a hybrid powertrain that consists of a diesel generator, paired with an electric motor driving a waterjet propulsion system that makes 1,200 hp and 1,770 lb-ft of torque, good for 50 mph on water or 31 mph underwater. Kronos can dive to a maximum depth of 820-feet and has a working depth of 328-feet, while the air supply can be used for up to 36-hours.
