McLaren 600LT Pikes Peak Collection
McLaren Denver commissioned the Pikes Peak Collection of McLaren 600LT Spiders through McLaren Special Operations (MSO) and each of the six cars boast a unique MSO Bespoke or MSO Heritage paintwork – Black Gold, White Gold, Nerello Red, Volcano Red, Aurora Blue and Midas Grey. They all feature a gold and matte black vinyl stripe over the hood and roof, finished off with sleek Satin Speedline Gold Wheels.

The interior keeps things simple, with each one featuring a Satin Gold center band on the steering wheel and Satin Gold extended paddle shifters, along with contrast stitching to all visual lines in gold. You can’t forget about the headrest pad, as that features the Pikes Peak logo in gold embroidery. A “Pikes Peak Collection 1 of 6” dedication plaque is also included, ensuring that each individual vehicle stands out. Last, but not least, the MSO Club Sport Pack adds carbon fiber cantrails, carbon fiber front fender louvres, titanium wheel bolts, and the ultra lightweight carbon fiber racing seats found in the McLaren Senna.

Under the hood, 600LT Spider packs a 592bhp and 457 lb ft of torque courtesy of a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8, which enables it to accelerate from 0-60mph in a mere 2.8-seconds. Suspension components include front / rear double wishbones and suspension uprights from the 720S, along with the rear toe-links. Latest-generation lightweight brake calipers, carbon ceramic discs and a McLaren Senna-inspired brake booster for precise pedal feel.

“It’s really special for us to be able to offer a car like the 600LT Spider, which is already quite special itself with its Longtail heritage, and tie it into Pikes Peak, a race that is so significant to Colorado residents, as well as the racing community globally. Six very lucky customers will be the proud owners of these amazing McLaren 600LT Spiders, and we can’t wait to see them on the road and on the track in Colorado,” said Mike Ward, owner of McLaren Denver.
