The problem with augmented reality is that it’s just not as immersive as virtual reality, but the Magic Leap 2 (ML2) headset aims to change that. Starting with the headset itself, it boasts a slimmer profile and wider field of view compared to its predecessor, along with a new feature that will make AR elements appear more sharp outdoors.

Have you been waiting for Apple Glass? The long rumored augmented reality glasses that first leaked quite a while back? Well, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says they could be launching some time in 2022. When worn, they would be able to overlay a digital image on top of one for the user’s local environment.
Let’s face it, most of us throw out pizza boxes after we’re done eating the pie, but Pizza Hut may change that with their latest limited edition offering. They’re calling this campaign “Newstalgia,” and it puts a modern twist on celebrating all the things people love and associate with the PAC-MAN brand and iconic Pizza Hut pizzas. Those who managed to snag one of these boxes can play an augmented reality version of the game printed directly on the packaging.
