We have seen the future of sanitation, and it includes the all-electric WeRide Robosweeper S1. Featuring Level 4 autonomy, it comes equipped with 360-degree sensors and cameras to enable blind-spot detection, traffic signal recognition as well as the ability to avoid static / moving obstacles.
On a full charge, it can clean a maximum area of 120,000 m2 (1,300,000 million sq ft), thanks to a 400-liter water tank as well as a 240-liter trash bin. Most importantly, it can automatically dump its collected garbage at dedicated disposal points and then return to base for recharging.
