Acura ARX-05 DPi Race Car
Always wanted an actual race car? This Acura ARX-05 could be yours for the right price. It’s a full IMSA-spec Daytona Prototype international race car built by Wayne Taylor Racing in December 2021 and raced in the 2022 Rolex 24 at Daytona. Featuring a slick black, silver, and blue #10 Konica Minolta livery on an ORECA-built carbon-fiber monocoque.

Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.5L AR35TT V6 engine based on the production J35 engine generating 600 horsepower at 6,500 rpm, complete with a McLaren ECU, mated to an Xtrac P1159F six-speed sequential transaxle that sends power to the rear wheels. The driver can access the cockpit using its butterfly doors, while a BSCI seat insert with a Schroth Racing six-point harness keep you safe when racing. It rides on black 18×12.5″ (front) and 18×13″ (rear) Rotiform forged aluminum wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport P2L tires. One caveat: you’ll have to shell out more than $350,000 USD. A chassis tag is affixed to the carbon-fiber tub and lists a December 2020 build date as well as chassis #7. This example features a carbon-fiber monocoque that was manufactured by ORECA in 2020 before the car was assembled by Wayne Taylor Racing in December 2021,” said the seller.
