Formula E Gen2 EVO
This followup to the 2019-2020 Formula E World Championship race car, Formula E’s Gen2 EVO has mostly all-new bodywork, complete with a redesigned front wing and a delete of the pieces located above the wheels for more aerodynamics. In the back, the rear wheels are now exposed and no longer covered, while a shark fin as well as a freshly-designed diffuser provide extra downforce.

Aside from the bodywork, this model still retains the mandated hardware of the current car, such as the McLaren Applied Technologies battery, along with the 18-inch Michelin all-weather tires. You’ll be able to see this vehicle in person on the FIA stand at the Geneva International Motor Show on March 3, 2020.

The Gen2 already stands out as one of the most striking race cars to hit the track, and just as the name implies, the Gen2 EVO is another evolution of the distinctive design. As we did with the first-generation car, the Gen2 EVO has been given reprofiled bodywork to make it look more sleek and agile. This car will forever go down in the history books as the first to challenge for an ABB FIA Formula E World Championship,” said Founder & Chairman of Formula E Alejandro Agag.
