Australian musician Dixie might have created the ultimate “Back to the Future” DeLorean DMC-12 time machine replica vehicle. He first discovered it for sale at Texas-based Bob’s Prop Shop, as the person who originally ordered the vehicle couldn’t drive a manual transmission.
Fortunately, this gave Dixie a golden opportunity to pick up this gem. However, it needed lots of work, as Bob’s Prop Shop only builds the replicas, and doesn’t keep them in showroom condition. After four years of work, his dream vehicle became a reality, complete with the gullwing door sound effects, the dashboard clock to input the date you want to arrive at, and of course the flux capacitor.
