
Canoo was just awarded a contract by the U.S. Postal Service to deliver six (6) battery-electric, right-hand drive versions of the LDV 190 in Q1 2024. This action is a part of the USPS’s $40 billion investment strategy to upgrade and improve the organization’s processing, transportation, as well as delivery networks.
The LDV 190 boasts a unique and patent-pending interchangeable rear cargo cartridge offering customer the ability to change between barn door, tambour door as well as a split tailgate configuration, complete with a loading ramp. It has a single electric motor making 200 hp paired with a 79 kWh battery that is good for over 200 miles on a single charge.
