Designer Roman Vlasov’s Concept 439 appears to be a floating house that appears to defy gravity, but it’s all just a clever illusion. Perfect for a super villain, it’s nestled securely to the rocky shoreline, while extending beyond the coast to give its inhabitants a panoramic view of the landscape.
Cantilevered over the water, its roof makes for a perfect helicopter landing pad, or should the owner prefer other options, an infinity pool or lounge area could be added tastefully. Step inside, and you’re greeted with floor-to-ceiling glazing and wide open living areas split right down the middle to offer some privacy. Should you not opt for a helipad, the only other way off this tiny island would be by boat, which isn’t a bad way to travel, especially if you also own a superyacht.
