Aviation enthusiast Jimmy Webb purchased Elvis Presley’s abandoned private jet at an auction on January 8, 2023 and then spent 1.5-years turning it into a functional RV that not only looks cool, but is as comfortable as can be.
More specifically, Jimmy Webb purchased a 1962 Lockheed 1329 JetStar that didn’t see much use as Elvis purchased it only a few months before his passing. It has been sitting in a New Mexico airfield for decades, but fortunately, the interior was mostly intact, including seating for eight guests and three crew. There is also an audio video system consisting of a cassette player, TV, and a speakers system.
