Sleek and stylish, the Karma Amaris extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) may look somewhat familiar to some. Why? It’s built on an evolved version of the all-aluminum spaceframe from the Karma Revero, with a futuristic body made of carbon fiber and aluminum.
The EREV sports 22-inch forged aluminum “Constellation” wheels, a clamshell hood with Karma’s signature “Target Lighting,” and dramatic “swan doors” that pivot upward. There’s also a cool side-exit exhaust and an aerodynamic rear spoiler that adds both style and stability. It’s primarily powered by electric motors with a gasoline engine acting as a generator to recharge the battery, offering flexibility for longer drives.
- Speed & Range: Experience exhilarating rides with the Ninebot S2's impressive top speed of 11.2 mph and range of 21.7 miles.
- Beginner-Friendly: Perfect for riders aged 16-50, the Segway S2 features a user-friendly learning mode, providing a smooth and gradual introduction.
- Adjustable & Supportive: Enjoy a customized fit tailored to your needs, as the Segway S2 accommodates heights ranging from 4'3" to 6'6" and supports weights of up to 220 lbs, ensuring comfort and stability for every rider.

In other words, it features a turbocharged four-cylinder engine—larger than the three-cylinder used in Karma’s current Revero model—though exact power details haven’t been released yet. Karma estimates it’ll go from 0 to 60 mph in under 3.5 seconds and hit a top speed of around 165 mph, which puts it in pretty sporty territory. Production is set to begin in Q4 2026, with pricing yet to be announced.
Karma Automotive remains at the forefront of EREV powertrains, and believes now more than ever that the freedom of refueling either with gasoline or electricity is ideally suited to the marketplace. With our gorgeous Amaris 2-door coupe and soon-to-be-revealed Gyesera 4-door, we’re building a range of vehicles that will deliver exceptional EV torque and performance paired with worry-free cruising range, a combination that only EREV can deliver,” said Marques McCammon, President, Karma Automotive.
