This isn’t the first Pontiac Fiero-based Lamborghini Diablo replica, and most certainly won’t be the last. However, National Auto Brokers did manage to sell it for $29,950 USD, as it is one of the few to actually have the engine to back up its looks.
For those who haven’t yet noticed, the Pontiac Fiero’s chassis was stretched to accommodate the custom body panels, scissor doors, rear wing, and wide wheels. Power comes from a naturally-aspirated 5.7L V8 (Chevy 350) engine making up to 370hp and 350 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 4-speed manual transmission.

This car is being sold as is as a project car as it will need work to be road worthy. It runs and drives but definitely needs to be gone through. Here are the issues we found: the only gauge working right now is the speedometer. It has air ride suspension however we can not figure out how to work it. There is no roof so it is a fair weather car only however the windshield wipers work. The radio is not working and speaker is missing from drivers door,” said National Auto Brokers.
