The last production Boeing 747 airplane has left the Everett factory ahead of its delivery to Atlas Air in early 2023. Production of this jumbo jet first began in 1967 and lasted for 54-years, where a total of 1,574 aircraft were built. Measuring 250.2-feet (76.2-meters), the 747-7 is the longest commercial aircraft currently in service.
Lufthansa debuts a new ‘Allegris’ premium product for all of their long haul flights, including redesigned suites for both first as well as business class. The former boasts nearly ceiling-high walls that can be closed for extra privacy, while the seat can be converted into a large, comfortable bed.
American Airlines previewed their all-new Flagship Suite seats that will be included on all Airbus A321XLR and Boeing 787-9 aircraft starting in 2024. The airline is also set to retrofit twenty of their Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to include Flagship Suite seats for its long haul routes beginning in late 2024.

Samson Sky’s Switchblade flying car has just received FAA approval, which gives the company permission for flight testing. Think of it as a luxury car meets personal flying vehicle, powered by a hybrid electric-drive system. After your flight, its wings simply fold into the sides of the vehicle, allowing you to drive on the road like a normal car.
