You’ve seen the official photos of the 2025 Tesla Model Y, but the first live shots of the EV have just surfaced. What you’re looking at is allegedly the ‘Launch Series’ examples, which come with special badges.
Some of the upgrades not found on its predecessor include “acoustic glass”, which significantly reduces interior noise, a screen for the rear passengers, an ambient LED light strip across the dashboard that can be customized through the infotainment system, ‘anti-gravity’ seats that have not yet been explained, and signal stalks, or at least for some regions. Pricing starts at around $34,000 USD in China, with deliveries of the base model expected to begin in March.
