Mercedes-Benz C112 Supercar Concept 1991
Sleek and ultra stylish, the Mercedes-Benz C112 supercar concept from 1991 was ahead of its time to say the least. Power comes from a naturally-aspirated 6.0L M120 V12 engine making 402 hp and 428 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.

What really set the C112 apart from all of the other high-performance Mercedes-Benz models at the time are its gullwing doors, which pay homage to the iconic 300 SL. Door opening was servo-assisted by hydraulic cylinders positioned under the roof, and designed in such a way that they could be bent open in case of a roll-over. With that said, the 3,459 pound supercar could accelerate from 0-62 mph in a respectable 4.9 seconds and achieve a top speed of 192 mph.
