YouTuber Alex Choi, also known as Suk Min Choi, was arrested in California on Wednesday for his stunt involving two women shooting fireworks from a helicopter at a Lamborghini Huracan.
The FAA has already revoked the helicopter pilot’s license for flying under the altitudes required by law and failing to display the chopper’s ‘N’ number. Despite filming the video in the Mojave Desert, the complaint also states that he was operating the helicopter in a manner that was careless or reckless so as to endanger the life or property of another. The 24-year-old’s arraignment is expected in the coming weeks on one count of causing the placement of an explosive or incendiary device on an aircraft.
