When you take a Honda Cub EZ90 motorbike and turn it into a snowmobile, you get the extremely rare EZSnow. Weighing a mere 223-pounds, it’s powered by a 90-cc, two-stroke, one-cylinder engine making 7.5 hp and 6.7 lb-ft of torque, or just enough for a day out in the snow.
As you can see, even though it swapped out its front wheel and drum brake for an aluminum ski steered by the forks, while the rear wheel was swapped out for for tracks made of nylon rubber, the EZSnow won’t be getting you anywhere fast. It’s safe to say that this engine just isn’t powerful enough to really have you rocketing around a snowy mountain. It’s believed that only 275-units were ever made, priced at $2,800 ($6,282 in 2024) between 1992-1993.
