ICON partnered with BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) to develop a 3D-printed El Cosmico campground hotel in Marfa, Texas. It will be situated on a 62 acre plot of land and make use of the latest 3D-printing technologies, complete with a stunning circular infinity pool, open-air bathhouse, outdoor kitchen, as well as other hospitality programming.
The two, three and four bedroom living units will range from 1,200-square-feet to 2,200-square-feet and boast organic curves as well as domes set amidst a vast high desert landscape. They will merge El Cosmico’s tradition of merging art, nature and hospitality. ICON hopes to begin construction on the project starting in 2024.
- Resume Printing Function: Ender 3 has the ability to resume printing even after a power outage or lapse occurs
- Easy and Qucik Assembly: It comes with several assembled parts, you only need about 2 hours to assemble 20 nuts well
- Advanced Extruder Technology: Upgraded extruder greatly reduces plugging risk and bad extrustion; V-shape with POM wheels make it move noiseless, smoothly and durable
Mindful of the cosmic associations and the intimate bond between the desert landscape and the wider universe, the community spaces at Sunday Homes have been thoughtfully designed to add a new dimension to your experience,” said ICON.
