There’s Dollar Tree in the US and then Japan’s Thank You Mart, but these nifty classic Sony PlayStation 1 bags, pillows and other accessories can only be found in the latter. For those who don’t know, most items at Thank You Mart are priced at around $2.97 USD (390 Yen), starting with the stickers you see above (right), which are $1.63 (214 Yen).
Some of the other items include a controller cushion ($9.81), PS1 place mats ($3.21 each), a tote bag ($6.54), compact mirror ($3.27), silicon coin case ($6.54), clear pouch ($3.27) and more. The PS1 was launched on September 9, 1995 in North America to compete with the Nintendo 65 and SEGA Saturn. It became the first game console to ship over 100-million units, thanks to its use of compact discs, which was able to hold much more information than traditional game cartridges.
