Joby Aviation Electric Vertical Take-Off Landing Aircraft
Joby Aviation’s electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft has already completed over 1,000 test flights completed within the last 10 years. This piloted, four-passenger, emissions free aircraft is capable of traveling 150 miles at speeds of up to 200 miles per hour.



The company has already entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Reinvent Technology Partners, a special purpose acquisition company that takes a “venture capital at scale” approach to partnering with bold leaders and companies. When the transaction closes, the combined company will be named Joby Aviation, and become publicly traded, with its common stock expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker RTP.
