First Look at the Rezvani Fortress, a Ford F-150 Raptor Reborn With Armor and Real Capability

Rezvani Motors started with the 2026 Ford F-150 Raptor and added serious upgrades. The Fortress keeps the truck’s strong off-road foundation while wrapping it in protective features and self-sufficient equipment.

Outside, the Fortress has a striking, purposely aggressive appearance thanks to sharply angled lines and composite body panels. A large, heavy-duty steel front bumper absorbs the brunt of any crashes and can clear virtually any barrier. Furthermore, functioning heat extractors on the hood assist to cool things down, auxiliary lighting improve visibility in low-light settings, and flared fenders provide plenty of clearance for large, off-road suitable tires. The bed area has a similar angular attitude, and four exhaust tips in the back complete the design. Tire sizes can range from 17 to 20 inches, but significant off-road use requires at least 37 or 40 inches. Ground clearance can be as high as 15 inches on higher-end versions.



The engine options give buyers a lot of versatility, as the basic 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 produces 450 horsepower and works in unison with a ten-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive. To provide even more security, they’ve included a limited-slip front differential and a locking rear differential to help with traction in difficult weather. If you want to drive even faster, you can upgrade to the super-charged 5.2-liter V8, which produces around 850 horsepower and provides the truck lots of oomph even when hauling a lot of weight, such as armor plating or whatever accessories you choose to add.


If you’re worried about the car’s ability to withstand a threat, you can select a protection package that affects how the vehicle handles such threats. Ballistic panels to cover critical body sections, or bullet-resistant glass to keep the cabin secure. Even though the Fortress is built on a Ford chassis, Rezvani has drastically redesigned the interior. You can choose from more than a dozen various seat styles and materials, including complete leather. They’ve also included a variety of other modifications, such as ambient lighting, a high-end music system, and a completely insane headliner that resembles the night sky.


As an added bonus, owners who expect to be without a mobile signal for an extended period of time can choose the off-grid plan. This thing is huge, with a portable power station, solar panels, a backup generator, some water storage, a fridge, an air compressor, satellite internet, and long-range radios. That should keep the Fortress running for weeks on end without requiring any outside assistance. Other options include extreme suspension improvements, larger Brembo brakes, a winch, and even systems that allow you to inflate and deflate tires from within the cab.


The initial price is an eye-watering $285,000, but once you throw on the armor plate, security systems, more powerful engine, and off-grid gear, the price can well exceed $500,000. Every Fortress is customized to some extent using an online tool, and Rezvani currently plans to produce only 100 of them worldwide, ensuring that it remains an exclusive vehicle.
