Tesla teases their upcoming Unsupervised Full Self Driving update in a new video that shows vehicles traveling from the factory to a loading dock. Sure, it’s just a 1.2-mile trip, but this just goes to show what the technology is capable of.
Keep in mind that this is not just a straight path either, as the Tesla vehicles still need to safely navigate down ramps, through turns, and more. Think of this as a preview of Unsupervised Full Self Driving, which is set to launch in Austin, Texas during June 2025. When that happens, these vehicles should easily be able to travel with the flow of traffic.
