Apollo EVO 2026 Production
The Apollo EVO 2026 is one of the last unadulterated vestiges of a bygone hypercar era, as the industry swings more towards electric powertrains. Production on this track-only invention from German company Apollo Automobil has commenced; the first chassis has already been built, and deliveries are scheduled for early in the year.

Apollo builds on the foundation built by its predecessor, the Intensa Emozione, a road-legal outlier that came nearly five years ago with a very non-mainstream powertrain, a naturally aspirated V12 ripped straight from Ferrari, and a manufacturing run of only ten. Demand was so great that owners were clamoring to go even deeper, i.e. more track-focused, and Apollo has done exactly that with the EVO: no road concessions at all.

The engine, a 6.3-litre V12, delivers 800 horsepower and 564 lb-ft of torque with no turbo boost or hybrid additions to get in the way – you can feel every rev as it climbs to its peak, with power routed purely to the back wheels via a six-speed sequential transmission. It takes 2.7 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph, with a top speed of 208 mph.

Weighing in at 2,866 pounds, thanks to an all-carbon fibre monocoque chassis weighing only 364 pounds, the car gains 15% stiffness over the IE while losing weight overall. Driver placement is exactly what you’d expect, with a configuration that keeps the vehicle balanced and responsive on track surfaces.

The aerodynamics on the EVO are right out of the Le Mans playbook. Active pieces generate an absolute ton of downforce, about 6,600 pounds at speed, supposedly via rear spoilers, fins, and contoured intakes with adjustable bits. A large roof scoop feeds the engine, and a 3D printed titanium exhaust system not only aids in heat management and mass reduction, but also makes the car sound even better.

Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires are mounted on forged aluminum rims and combined with carbon-ceramic brake discs to provide consistent braking performance. The cabin is thus the polar opposite of a distraction-filled luxury automobile, with a simple, stripped-back design that focuses heavily on driver participation.

Each EVO requires approximately 1,200 man-hours to assemble, with an additional 600 hours for the paint finish. Then there’s the Apollo Studio initiative, which goes much beyond standard specification, as no two automobiles are ever the same. it is the point, because only 10 will ever be manufactured, reflecting the IE’s scarcity, and it is exactly what Apollo is depending on to appeal to collectors who value performance and uniqueness above all else.

Pricing is believed to be several million dollars higher than the IE’s $2.67 million, but Apollo is keeping a tight lid on the precise figure for now. Whatever the price, the EVO’s mix of extreme rarity, bespoke build, and a pure, unadulterated naturally aspirated V12 places it as a proudly unapologetic statement for those who still struggle with mechanical purity on the track in 2026.
