Limited to 18-units, each priced at $3,000,000 USD, the De Tomaso P900 hypercar is one reserved for the most serious of collectors. Power comes from a custom-built 6.2L V12 that generates 888 hp, mated to a sequential Xtrac transmission. At just 1,984-pounds, that is some major power for a vehicle that can rev up to 12,300rpm.
The production model is expected to make its debut next summer, with production beginning some time in 2024. If De Tomaso sounds familiar, but you can’t quite pin the name to something, they are basically an Italian car manufacturing company that built prototypes and several racing cars, including an F1 car for Frank Williams’s team in 1970. Some of their other notable creations are the 1971 Pantera, 1993 Guara, and most recently, the P72.
