For a track-only supercar that is ready to race straight from the factory, look no further than the Maserati MCXtrema. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine making 730 hp and 538 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 6-speed sequential transmission that sends power to the rear wheels.
This ultra sleek supercar is limited to just 62-units worldwide and designed for both collectors as well as professional race teams. Each one can be customized right down to the position of the steering wheel, controls and even pedal box. For added safety, there is a 6-point racing harness inside and a full cage, while a passenger seat is optional. A four-wheel, double-wishbone suspension and adjustable racing dampers as well as anti-roll bars ensure that the MCXtrema stays planted to the ground in tight corners. There’s no word yet on pricing, but production is expected to begin in Q2 2024.
