Pokémon Sleep may be four years overdue, but we finally get a first look at the sleep tracking game. Put simply, it takes place on a cluster of small islands where you work with Snorlax and Neroli, a professor studying the sleeping habits of Pokémon, to carry out research and work to complete your Sleep Style Dex.
You start the game off by tracking your sleep at night before studying the sleep styles of the Pokémon that have gathered the next morning. Come day time, you start raising Snorlax who will grow larger as you get more sleep. This in turn will attract more Pokémon to your island and allow players to discover more sleep styles.
