It’s not everyday that you see a Porsche Carrera GT, much less a 2005 model year with just 182-miles on the odometer. That’s right, this pristine example is set to be auctioned off by Mecum at their Glendale 2022 event March 16-19.
This 2005 Porsche Carrera GT is serial numbered 940 of 1,270 and just one of only 64 North American units finished in Seal Grey Metallic, complete with a Terracotta leather interior that includes a galvanized magnesium center console, XT bucket seats as well as a 917-inspired birch and ash wood shift lever knob. Power comes from a 5.5L V10 engine generating 605 HP and 435 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 6-speed transverse manual gearbox.
