Limited to 50-units worldwide, the $3.5-million Aspark Owl electric hypercar managed to set two EV world records in a single day. More specifically, ‘Fastest Average Speed over eighth mile by an electric car’ at 192.0205 mph and Fastest Average Speed over quarter mile by an electric car by achieving 198.1288 mph.
Power comes from four electric motors that produce a combined 1,985 hp and 1,475 lb-ft of torque, connected to a 64kWh battery, enabling it to hit 60 mph in a mere 1.72-seconds. Weighing in at 4,409 pounds, those kinds of numbers set the Aspark Owl apart from even the most powerful hypercars on the market today, like the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+.
