DJI Sky City is an innovation hub unlike any other that you’ve seen, designed to exemplify the company’s philosophy of being a creative community for the skies with groundbreaking architectural structures. It was designed by the world famous architectural team of Foster + Partners, and the two towers – 44 and 40 stories respectively – most certainly stand out in Shenzhen, China.
Aside from the 4-story drone flight testing lab, made possible by the unique V-shaped trusses that give the towers a distinctive identity, the ground floor boasts public facilities such as a community healthcare center. This ground area of the building is open and inviting, all the while maximizing daylight as well as reducing energy consumption.
