Lotus Emeya Electric Hyper-GT
The Lotus Emeya is the company’s first electric hyper-GT, and it does not disappoint. It’s based on Lotus Tech’s Electric Premium Architecture (EPA) with 905 hp and 726 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 2-speed transmission, enabling it to hit 62 mph in a mere 2.8 seconds, while topping out at an electronically limited 159 mph.

On a full charge, you can expect up to a 373 mile range from its 102 kWh battery pack, while a 5 minute charge is good for 93 miles driving using a 350kW DC fast charger. The vehicle itself was designed with the latest sustainable materials to reduce the carbon footprint of its production, which is expected to begin in 2024. There’s no word yet on pricing.
