Sure, the Italian police have several Lamborghinis in their fleet, but the Istanbul Police Department just added 23 luxury vehicles to their own. Why? They were seized from Australian fugitive Hakan Ayik who was arrested on November 1, 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey by Turkish police.

The luxury vehicles include a Ferrari 488, Bentley Continental GT, Porsche Taycan, Volkswagen Golf R, a Range Rover Sport and Mercedes-Benz GLS. In all, the vehicles are estimated to be worth around $3,400,000 USD. There’s no word yet on if these vehicles will be used by police indefinitely.
